Customers have the following right of withdrawal
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date of said contract. To exercise your right, you must contact us, Michaela Schneider House & Room, Sudweg 2, 29525 Uelzen, info@house-and-room.de, Fax +49(581) 9488596, by means of a clear statement (e.g. consigned by mail via letter, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can download a withdrawal form here, but is not required for withdrawal.
To safeguard the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send your request concerning the exercising of the withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery other than that which House & Room has offered, or the most cost effective ground shipping), and repay immediately, latest being withing fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received of the cancellation of said contract with us. For this repayment we use the same method of payment used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in this case you will be charged fees for this repayment.
If you require that the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount in proportion of up to the date on which you notify us of the right of withdrawal in respect to this contract, services rendered compared to the full extent provided for in the contract in accordance with services provided.
Indication of the possibility of a premature execution of a withdrawal, your right expires if we have completely fulfilled our performance and have begun with the execution of the service only after you have give your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal for complete fulfillment of the contract by House & Room.
